After retirement, Mr. Bhaskara Rao saw a need for quality vocational skills training in rural and semi-urban centers. Determined to bridge this gap and empower students, he founded Design Labs Serves. Through partnerships with Autodesk and the Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge, Design Labs Serves has trained students at colleges throughout Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, equipping them with the skills they need to secure jobs or pursue entrepreneurship.

Key Achievements:

• Partnered with Autodesk to become an Authorized Academic Partner and Authorized Learning Partner, enabling the provision of training directly in colleges.

• Visited and trained students at 90% of all colleges in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

• Collaborated with prestigious institutions like JNTU Anantapur, JNTU Hyderabad, Gitam University, and KL University.
